About the Role

Provide day to day management and leadership for business analysis (technology) and subject expertise to the delivery teams onshore and offshore

Roles and Responsibilities:

Engage in leading initiatives as the appointed technology / technical business analysis lead for projects >$5mLead and manage a team of business analysts (onsite and offshore) to deliver high-quality digital solutions for the agency platforms and peripheral systems across multiple initiatives and workstreamsDevelop and implement a comprehensive business analysis framework from technology perspective to ensure consistency and quality across all projects on the Agency PlatformWork with Business Stakeholders to identify clear business process flows for each journey, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate, engage with senior stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for digital initiatives.Define and document use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.Ensure that business requirements are aligned with business goals and objectives, and partner with development team to ensure solutions meet requirement needs aligned to business needs and requirementsAssist in conducting system impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes and new initiatives with tech leads and system architectsProvide ongoing support and guidance to business analysts and other team members.Monitor and report on requirement gathering and analysis progress, risks, and issues to program and senior management.Continuously improve business analysis processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Job Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related discipline.8+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on digital projects in distribution platform domainsProven track record of leading and managing a team of business analysts.Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications.Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.Self-motivated, action-and-result oriented, team player, and demonstrable ability to influence others.
