**Technology Architect** We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience in SFDC Identity and Security SFDC Development and Customization Salesforce Experience Cloud SFDC Sharing and Visibility Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Data SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Medical Devices and possess strong English language skills. This is a **hybrid** work model with day shifts and no travel required. Location: **Bridgewater - NJ** **Responsibilities:** · Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to the Medical Devices domain · Oversee the development and customization of SFDC applications to meet business requirements · Provide expertise in SFDC Identity and Security to ensure robust and secure solutions · Manage the configuration and integration of Salesforce Experience Cloud to enhance user engagement · Implement and maintain SFDC Sharing and Visibility settings to ensure data security and compliance · Utilize Salesforce DevOPS practices to streamline development and deployment processes · Oversee the management and optimization of SFDC Data to ensure data integrity and accessibility · Develop and maintain SFDC Lightning components to enhance user interface and experience · Integrate SFDC solutions with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow · Configure SFDC applications to meet specific business needs and requirements · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery · Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders · Ensure all solutions adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements **Qualifications** · Must have extensive experience in SFDC Identity and Security · Must have strong expertise in SFDC Development and Customization · Must be proficient in Salesforce Experience Cloud · Must have experience with SFDC Sharing and Visibility · Must be skilled in Salesforce DevOPS practices · Must have experience managing SFDC Data · Must be proficient in SFDC Lightning development · Must have experience with SFDC Integration · Must be skilled in SFDC Configuration · Must have domain expertise in Medical Devices · Must possess strong English language skills in reading writing and speaking · Must be able to work in a hybrid model with day shifts · Must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. **Salary and Other Compensation:** **Applications will be received by August 15th, 2025.** The annual salary for this position is between $86,600– $129,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
