**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Genesys Composer Genesys Eservices Genesys CIM Platform and Genesys Voice Portal. Additionally expertise in Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains is required. This is a hybrid work model position with day shifts and no travel requirements. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and implementation of complex Genesys solutions to meet business requirements. + Oversee the integration of Genesys Composer Genesys Eservices Genesys CIM Platform and Genesys Voice Portal into existing systems. + Provide technical guidance and support to development teams working on Genesys-related projects. + Ensure that all Genesys solutions are scalable reliable and secure. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Genesys implementations. + Develop and maintain documentation for Genesys architectures and configurations. + Conduct regular reviews of Genesys systems to identify and address potential issues. + Optimize Genesys solutions to improve performance and user experience. + Stay updated with the latest developments in Genesys technologies and industry best practices. + Work closely with the Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. + Provide training and mentoring to junior team members on Genesys technologies. + Participate in the planning and execution of Genesys-related projects from inception to completion. + Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare domain. **Qualifications** + Possess a deep understanding of Genesys Composer Genesys Eservices Genesys CIM Platform and Genesys Voice Portal. + Demonstrate extensive experience in the Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. + Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. + Show proficiency in designing scalable and secure Genesys solutions. + Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members. + Display the ability to lead and mentor junior team members. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in the Genesys ecosystem. + Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs. + Possess the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. + Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues in Genesys systems. + Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities. + Have a keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Genesys solutions. + Demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the healthcare domain.
