Leads a strategic engineering team focused on specific technology process types from machining, coating, welding, fabrication, to assembly. Projects within the team span from concept to operational stability, utilizing standard lean manufacturing principles for the factory. In this role, you will collaborate across multiple organizations to take designs and process improvements into production with a hands-on team focusing on delivering full production ready processes. The Technology and Process Development team will provide technical support and implement continuous improvement solutions for the Greenville Plant to meet the needs of our customers while improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost.Job Description

Help support, implement, and continuously improve the one part one process (1P1P) strategyAbility to delivery strategic initiatives working cross functionallySupport and drive technology teams across the factoryHelp maintain the development area for product and process implementationHire and develop talent including direct people managementUtilize in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute policy/strategy and Roadmap initiativesFocal point for new product introductions, part and technology transfers, and new process introductions; inclusive of lead time, technology selection, tooling, and supporting run-off of initial production setsManage project timelines to meet customer needs with a strong focus on safety, process capability, meeting customer demands and qualificationsEngineering, standardizing, and optimizing development of manufacturing processesSupport productivity efforts across the site for cost competitivenessIncorporate lean manufacturing principles into process developmentUtilize kaizen activities for continuous improvement and collaborate with Advanced Manufacturing team on breakthrough initiativesWhat you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $122,600.00 - $204,400.0 USD Annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This posting is expected to close on or after August 23, 2025.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
