What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for a Technology Adoption Advisor to join our growing Solutions Architecture team. 

This role will act as a Key - Advisor of the Customer Experience Operations team and is responsible for leading our Adoption strategy owning the PendoAdopt platform to track usage, understand user behaviors and create in app guidance to support easier usage for customers. This role will partner and collaborate with SMEs across the Illuminate process to gather requirements, prioritize and make recommendations for adoption best practice. The Technology Adoption Advisor will have the opportunity to lead our project to help understand and drive platform ROI, and increase revenue from reduced time spent on our processes

Day to Day You’ll Be:

Manage the implementation, maintenance, adoption, and support for Pendo technology platformAssist and develop use cases, for behavioral tracking and recommended improvements through guides and training.Coaching the Operations teams through the solutions capabilities and utilization of technology in line with the strategy and roadmapProduction of reporting and analysis to support objectives and demonstrate outcomesSupporting change management plans for stakeholder alignment, user training, guidance, and documentationPartner closely with senior leadership to develop strategic direction for adoption projects and planning such as inclusion of the technology across our techstack


Essential Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in Salesforce, Sales, Marketing and Operations technologyAptitude to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, tools, managed packages and/or related technologies required to meet the needs of the business and/or organizationStrong knowledge of CRM application development, processes, and best practicesHighly analytical with reporting experienceExperience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories and creating detailed design documentationDemonstrated ability to optimally present a point of view and clearly articulate the rationale highlighting deviations from standard and potential risksExperience with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM or SAFe.Experience with goal setting, performance management and development planning desired

A team player with a high level of accountability, a proactive approach and ease with change and ambiguity

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
