Technischer Leiter im Facilities Management (m/w/d)

Die Rolle ist eine Führungsposition zur Überwachung kritischer Infrastruktursysteme in einem 150.000 m² großen pharmazeutischen Produktionskomplex. Gewährleistung der regulatorischen Compliance nach EMA-, BfArM- und FDA-Standards bei gleichzeitiger Aufrechterhaltung der Betriebsexzellenz für die Herstellung lebensrettender Arzneimittel.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Betriebsführung: Leitung der Versorgungssysteme und Gebäudeinstandhaltung über 150.000 m² Betriebsfläche mit einer Verfügbarkeit von 99,95%+ für produktionskritische SystemePersonalführung: Führung von 50+ technischen Fachkräften in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Kältetechnik, RLT-Anlagen und VersorgungsmanagementCompliance: Sicherstellung der vollständigen Einhaltung deutscher Arzneimittelgesetze (AMG), EMA-Standards sowie GMP/GDP-AnforderungenNotfallmanagement: Management kritischer Systemausfälle in Reinräumen und ProduktionsinfrastrukturBudgetverantwortung: Leitung der jährlichen Budgetplanung und Kostenoptimierung für InstandhaltungsmaßnahmenLieferantenmanagement: Überwachung der Koordination von Dienstleistern und Qualifizierung von Zulieferern für pharmazeutische Anlagen

Ihr Profil:

Hochschulabschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Facility ManagementMehrjährige Jahre Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung pharmazeutischer/biotechnologischer AnlagenMehrjährige Jahre Führungserfahrung in regulierten Life-Sciences-BetriebenFundierte Kenntnisse deutscher Arzneimittelvorschriften (AMG, AMWHV) und EU-GMP-AnforderungenErfahrung mit pharmazeutischen Versorgungssystemen (WFI-Systeme, Reindampf, Druckluft)Reinraumklassifizierung (ISO 14644) und kontrollierte UmgebungenCMMS-Plattformen (Maximo, SAP PM)Gebäudeleittechnik (GLT/BMS)Führungsstärke und PersonalentwicklungRegulatory Compliance und DokumentationsdisziplinNotfallmanagement und Problemlösung unter ZeitdruckBereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualität und Engineering
