Job Summary

Individual contributor on customer Data related requests, responsible for creation and maintenance of Customer master data within different ERPs and for services around Customer data related issues and questions.

Responsibilities/Description • Create and maintain Customer data within different SAP systems • Secure customer integrity throughout commonly used systems, as Salesforce, MyBis • Validate, clean and archive existing customer accounts • Maintain OTC related condition records • Follow-up and coordinate of commercial term changes globally • Follow up on automated document distribution • Perform Sanctioned party list screening • Support Customer Service, Commercial, BUs and Corporate Functions with information, guidance, extracts and reports Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or similar • +2 years' experience in sales order and delivery processing or similar • Experience in data management • Knowledge of MS Office tools • Fluent business English communication skills • Analytical and quantitative skills • Comfortable with details • Strategic thinking • Ability to handle high-pressure situations Training / Certifications • ERP system training • Microsoft Office tools training (Word, Excel)
