Leads the diagnosis problems and performs maintenance of complex equipment; acts as a key contributor in each phase of the manufacturing process and follows appropriate guidelines and standards in corresponding functions, according to regulations.

Job Requirements Compiling systematic diagrams or reports on manufacturing procedures and results, facility utilization, failure summaries, etc., and advising on process optimization. Participating and monitoring in manufacturing processes; implementing appropriate operation standards and following production regulations. Rescheduling manufacturing tasks among technicians to cope with requirement variances. Mentoring junior technicians on how to operate and maintain equipment, and providing further training, as necessary. What your background should look like

Typically requires 5-6 years or more of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
