Задължения:

 

Ръководи екип от техници в производството, за което отговаря. 

Планира, организира и извършва ремонтни и превантивни действия по оборудването в рамките на производството, за което отговаря. 

Да изготвя графици на екипите техници за частта от производството, за която отговаря. 

Да определя нуждата от обучения на членовете на екипа си, както и да ги мотивира и развива за подобрение на процесите, качеството и ефективността. 

Участва активно в обучението на нови колеги на длъжност Монтьор промишлено оборудване / Техник поддръжка според различните нужди на производствените процеси и оборудване. 

Съставя план за превантивна поддръжка за машините в неговата част от производството и отговаря за неговото изпълнение и актуализация. 

Дава предложения за актуализация на плановете за превантивна поддръжка. 

Участва във всички планови, текущи и аварийни дейности, свързани с производственото оборудване, в съответствие с изискванията на системата по качеството и околната среда. 

Извършва ежедневна профилактика и текущ ремонт на инструментите в производството. 

Информира навременно прекия си ръководител и съответните заинтересовани служители по въпроси, свързани с поддръжката на технологичното оборудване при непланирани ремонти. 

Участва при внедряването на ново оборудване. 

Предлага план за снабдяване с резервни части и приспособления за нуждите на оборудването. 

Организира и участва в процеса по поръчка, инвентаризация и изписване на резервни части и приспособления по оборудването. 

При нужда да замества колеги на длъжност монтьор промишлено оборудванe/техник поддръжка спрямо техния график и нуждите на производството. 

Организира провеждането на коригиращи и превантивни действия при реален риск от проблеми по оборудването или инфраструктурата. 

Изисквания:

Средно техническо образование; 

Добра компютърна грамотност - владеене на MS Office е задължително; 

Владеене на английски език В1 ниво според международната система ще се счита за силно предимство ; 

Умения за работа в екип и организацията на такъв; 

Умения за разчитане на техническа документация; 

Responsibilities:Leads a team of technicians in the production area under their responsibility.Plans, organizes, and performs repair and preventive maintenance actions on equipment within the assigned production area.Prepares work schedules for the technician teams in their area of responsibility.Identifies training needs for team members and motivates and develops them to improve processes, quality, and efficiency.Actively participates in the training of new colleagues for the positions of Industrial Equipment Mechanic / Maintenance Technician, according to the needs of the production processes and equipment.Develops a preventive maintenance plan for the machines in their production area and is responsible for its implementation and updates.Proposes updates to the preventive maintenance plans.Participates in all scheduled, ongoing, and emergency activities related to production equipment, in accordance with quality and environmental system requirements.Performs daily maintenance and current repairs of tools used in production.Timely informs their direct supervisor and relevant stakeholders about issues related to unplanned maintenance of technological equipment.Participates in the implementation of new equipment.Proposes a plan for the supply of spare parts and accessories needed for the equipment.Organizes and participates in the process of ordering, inventorying, and issuing spare parts and accessories for the equipment.When necessary, substitutes colleagues in the roles of Industrial Equipment Mechanic / Maintenance Technician according to their schedule and production needs.Organizes the implementation of corrective and preventive actions in case of real risk of equipment or infrastructure issues.Requirements:Secondary technical education;Good computer literacy – proficiency in MS Office is mandatory;English language proficiency at B1 level (according to the international classification) will be considered a strong advantage;Teamwork and team management skills;Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
