Responsibilities:
Measure and build all architectures of all products
Perform manual machining as required for builds
Identify and close safety issues (suggestions, inspection, and investigation findings) and their corrective actions
Interpret work orders correctly and follow special directions as required
Ensure accurate receipt of finished parts according to the Work Order
Verify the fit compatibility of parts by visual and metrical inspection and verify that parts meet print specifications
Deburr & wash components as required
Working hours: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Skills:
Ability to modify components to create custom operating conditions
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Ability to set wastegates on pneumatic and electronic applications
Ability to perform end of line learn on electronic components
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience using SAP including using SAP to pull prints and specifications
Experience using bore gages, micrometers, and calipers
Ability to set up of gages to measure within .0001
Ability to read and interpret Engineering Work Orders
General software experience including practical computer knowledge including Microsoft Windows applications, Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow Engineering specifications
Ability to read, write, and understand English
