Technician - Mechanical
**DESCRIPTION** **You will make an impact in the following ways:** + Complete repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel products + Diagnose and repair engines + Disassemble, inspect, and clean engines and /or engine components + Engine rebuilding and reconditioning + Maintain work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation + Assist with completion required documentation, such as work completed documentation, time sheets, warranty claims and quality forms, via handwritten forms or business system input screens + Ensure adherence to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues / incidents to their supervisor **RESPONSIBILITIES** **To be successful in this role you will need the following:** + Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Cert III) or equivalent + Basic level of workshop or field service experience required + Basic level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products + Heavy Vehicle Experience preferred + HR License preferred **QUALIFICATIONS** **Additional Information:** + Full Time / 40 hours per week + on-call roster + Overtime as required – Penalty rates paid for all work above 40 hours + All your Safety equipment / PPE and uniforms are provided and laundered + Domestic Relocation from across Australia _may_ be offered for the right candidate + Local Valid Drivers License **Job** Service **Organization** Cummins Inc. **Role Category** On-site **Job Type** Technician **ReqID** 2416944 **Relocation Package** Yes
