Our teams are made up of people who care about continuous improvement, not big egos. **Here is what you can expect:** + You’ll perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility equipment, including conveyors, wire/cable spooling machines and systems through use of hand, pneumatic, and power tools to ensure minimal disruptions to the business + Responsible for general facility maintenance, including emergency situations that may arise, including issues with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems + Prepare mechanical maintenance reports, record and process daily and weekly findings + Identifies root cause of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, using precision measuring and testing equipment + Ensure the facility is compliant with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies and oversees employee safety procedures + At times, when directed to do so, assists with organization and cleaning of warehouse areas including cafeteria, offices, and the grounds **What you need to apply:** + High School degree or equivalent + Stable work history + 2 years’ experience of Facility repair and maintenance in a manufacturing or production environment required + Knowledge of conveyor systems and hand tool usage required + Ability to work from sketches, drawings, and blueprints + Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment + Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
