REQ12811 Technician - Limassol (Open)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Technician is responsible for all planed and non-planned maintenance and repair works for all gaming machines and ensures that these are completed on time and as per standards specified. The Technician reports to the Lead Technician.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures consistent operation of gaming and other electronic, electrical and mechanical equipment used in the gaming departmentsMaintains technical equipment in accordance with technical standards on a regular basisRepairs equipment in the shortest possible time providing the highest quality of performed repair in accordance with the established rulesInstalls new equipment in accordance with manufacturer manuals, existing standards, rules, and Company standardsIs knowledgeable of the technical documentation for equipment, develop and expand his/her knowledge and skillsMaintains tools allocated to him/her in good conditionMaintains records of performed works, spent materials, and spare parts and other documentation according to SOP of the departmentComplies with all occupational safety and health requirementsExecutes management instructionsResponsible for the safety of entrusted equipment

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Continuous progress of Technical SkillsThe rules of all games rendered by the Casino and the whole list of servicesRules and standards of labor safety, operational safety, industrial health and fire safety

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

Minimum 1-2 years in a Technical position in an IT related industryExperience in similar position is preferable but not a must

Education

Higher technical education in Electronic Engineering, IT engineering, or another related field

Skills / Competencies

Fluency in Greek and EnglishProficient user Microsoft Office softwareGood understanding of a priority ticketing system
