The main duties and responsibilities of this role: + Identify kitchen equipment issues, bring appropriate tools, diagnose and perform necessary repairs. + Conduct maintenance and servicing of kitchen appliances as per assigned schedules. + Fill out work orders, scheduled maintenance, and emergency jobs as needed. + Collect materials from engineering stores, document usage, and ensure proper tool organization. + Maintain detailed logs of work, report major faults, and seek direction for issues beyond scope. + Ensure clean, safe, and tidy workspaces, follow safety standards, and notify housekeeping if required. **About You:** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: + One or two years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property; experience in the UAE is desirable. + Secondary education required; vocational certification and trade qualification preferred. + Strong technical skills in trade, basic computer literacy, and knowledge of safety and building systems. + Proficient in English, able to work independently and adapt to diverse environments. **About the Benefits:** We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
