Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
HP-MCU BU Technician is primarily responsible for sustaining product health, safekeeping & inventory of tools/hardwares/engineering units,
and supporting BU PE/TE engineering activities/evaluations. He will interact with people from Business Units, Engineering Support Groups,
Manufacturing/Operations to release test programs, prepare test setups, and support implementation of various test solutions.

Requirements/Qualifications:
• Knowledge and interest in semiconductor (Micro-controllers, Flash memory) test methods.
• Interpersonal and communication skills, and leadership.
• Advanced computer skills, including familiarity with personal computer hardware and network systems.
• Ability to work well with co-workers, volunteers and visitors.
• Highly energetic and self-motivated; ability to work as an individual or as a team member.
• Good analytical skills
• Knowledge on QC tools, 5S, Why-Why analysis, SPC and other test methodology.
• Able to work independently, systematically.
• Proactive, takes initiative and responsible.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a global environment.
• Can work with cross functional team; or has exposure on a multi-cultural setup/ function.
• Ability to adapt successfully to multiple tasks that occur in a rapidly changing environment.
• Must speak and write English fluently.
