This role is designed to centralize and enhance incoming quality processes, driving operational excellence and sustainable performance. It also serves as a developmental pathway for future leadership opportunities, including succession into the Quality Supervisor role. **What You’ll Work On** + Performs visual, dimensional and functional inspection and testing according to documented policies and procedures and records them as prescribed. + Assists engineering in providing manufacturing support by reviewing and analyzing data to determine manufacturing issues and trends. Assist engineering on incoming tools and equipment qualification activities. + Reviews and dispositions non-conforming material by utilizing tools and by developing knowledge of manufacturing practices and procedures. + Documents non-conformances in Non-Conforming Material Review System and lead investigations. + May also train operators on processes and engineering changes, and perform operator certification on-the-job training and testing. + Operates all associated test and measurement equipment as instructed and as documented in procedures. + Achieve APOC CAPA Training & Certification to support QR and CAPA activities within Quality Operations. + Direct Supplier/Engineering Communication (Re: Incoming Issues). **Required Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, manufacturing or related technical field. + Ability to Utilize/interpret advanced numerical and statistical data and computer software programs to present documentation and analysis and resolve complex problems. Will perform this job in a quality system environment. Failure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulations. **Preferred Qualifications** + Applies extensive knowledge of advanced technical concepts and GMP practices, and a complete understanding of product or systems. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficient in quality systems and regulatory compliance. + Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams. + Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes.
