Join our team and start your journey today! **JOB OBJECTIVE** This position is required to perform basic and advanced support for alert monitoring and to professionally handle, and process Cargo Shipment alerts, including but not limited to the following: diagnosing alerts based on given customer conditions, verification via connecting to Oversight tool, customer alert notification, and other customer requests pursuant to customer specifications for a 24/7 department operations. This position is also required to do follow up emails and perform outbound calls, and create customer-specific Managed Service Reports, including but not limited to launching a trip, and generating out of network reports of inactive vehicles as part of existing agreement with certain external customers. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND OUTPUTS** **MAIN DUTIES** Responsible for alert monitoring based on provided service level agreement with external customers and within the required handling time target. Deliver alert information with accurate documentation by calling or sending emails to external customers. Provide sound decision based on verification process from other Software Support tools being used such as _Oversight Tool 1&2, Navisphere, and Salesforce._ Answer emails and address them as necessary. Process Cargo Solutions Reports and submit to customers within the agreed timeframe including but not limited to the following: Out of Network range report (OONR), Freight on Board Origin (FOBORIG), Driscoll’s TMC, Manual Launches for Sam’s Club and Walmart, 2-hr Wonderful Bees Update. Create Trip Launches per customer request. Perform necessary handshake to the preceding and succeeding shift for proper tasks and issue turnovers. Identify process improvements.
