Starting pay: $19.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications — not flat rate)
Higher rates available for candidates with a CDL Class B or above
ASE Incentive: Earn an extra $0.25/hour for each relevant ASE certification
(We cover the cost of training materials and exams!)
Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM — no weekends!

What You’ll Do as a Mechanic:Our technicians work on a newer fleet of vehicles, ensuring they’re road-ready every day. You’ll use your diagnostic and repair skills to:
Service and repair brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, and transmissions
Complete work orders and maintain detailed documentation
Assist with mobile emergency repairs as needed
Note: This is a safety-sensitive position subject to DOT drug testing. DOT regulations prohibit the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:Want to make a meaningful impact in your community
Have <<insert number of years>> years of experience with automotive, diesel, electric, or CNG vehicles
Hold a valid driver’s license and are willing to obtain a CDL (we’ll provide training!)
Own a mechanic’s tool set
