Our Early Development team focuses on Phase I and IB trials which represent the first practical tests of a compound’s clinical relevance and commercial viability. They are the culmination of years or even decades of research. Moreover, they set the stage for subsequent studies that will ultimately determine your compound’s efficacy, safety and positive impact on patient’s lives.\nDiscover Impactful Work:\nAs Research Tech Coordinator, you will provide general oversight of all technical procedures, managing the assignment and coverage of all procedures to support the study conduction process for Phase I clinical studies. \nA day in the Life:\nOversees and assigns coverage of all procedures on a master schedule including procedures assigned to technicians, team members and paramedics.\nMonitors the performance, work plan documents/standard operating procedures, compliance and attendance for up to 100 technicians on a given shift.\nPerforms quality control for all team-provided study supplies and paperwork.\nTrains and mentors research technicians.\nProvides direct oversight of study kinetics and priority procedures.\nOversees equipment set-up, maintenance and procedure area cleanliness.\nManages conduction workflow and assigns additional help or institutes\nprocedural changes as needed.\nManages subject issues for up to 400 subjects on a given day\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nKeys to Success: \nEducation\nHigh / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification\nExperience\nPrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 1 year) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.\nTechnical positions may require a certificate\nYears of experience refers to typical years of related experience needed to gain the required knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.
