Review warranty terms and validate claim eligibility
Process warranty and RMA claims accurately and in a timely manner
Record claim data and maintain logs in Salesforce CRM
Communicate with internal teams including Technical Support, Engineering, and Customer Service
Escalate concerns or unclear claims appropriately
Ensure proper coordination with the returns receiving team
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
2+ years in customer service, warranty, or contact center support
Strong attention to detail and independent work ethic
Experience with Salesforce CRM and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Marine or RV industry experience is a plus
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methods is preferred
