Job Summary

The Technician provides first-level customer support to end users on technical problem resolution and request management. Maintains knowledgebase documentation and train end users on resolving common issues. The position requires a flexible schedule that may include weekends, evenings, or holidays.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Serves as generalist responsible for providing the majority of direct customer support through multiple methods including email, phone and in-person.Primarily responsible for working incoming phones and team case queue. Ensures proper call categorization, triage, and routing.Ensures adherence to service level agreements.Troubleshoots issues working from existing knowledge databases and performs additional research as needed.Learns fundamental operation of applications and hardware commonly used at Pulte.Participates in team projects.Backs up and migrates data.Provides primary troubleshooting support on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Proficiency with at least one operating system (OS), Windows or Mac, is required and both are strongly preferredBasic familiarity with Android, Apple iOS and Windows Mobile is neededMust be willing to maintain flexible schedule including rotating evenings, holidays and weekends

Required Licensing, Registration and/or Certifications

Microsoft system certifications or equivalent 1-3 years' client technical support required
