What this job involves:

督導查核機電組、空調組維護業務規劃、執行等事宜--按照合約內規畫之各項年度保養工項，責成各組執行與追蹤、回報等。監督及綜理中央監控系統、消防設備(防排煙系統、防火安全門、鐵捲門系統、自動灑水系統、泡沫灑水系統、消防栓系統)、電梯、廣播及戶外音響設備維護業務之規劃、管理維護，執行與督導。協助本設施OPC 相關單位主管執行本大樓節約能源業務規劃及推動管理。統籌本大樓所有設備日、週、月保養項目施作，確認保養項目內容進度。相關業務協調聯繫。其他臨時交辦事項。
