Your Role:

Production operators are integral to the manufacturing process, performing various tasks to ensure smooth operations and the timely production of goods. This role needs to work shift.
生產技術人員在製造過程中扮演著至關重要的角色，必需確保生產運作順利並即時生產商品。這個角色需要輪班工作。

Safety Compliance (安全合規): 
Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. This includes wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), following safety guidelines, and participating in safety training.
工作須遵守安全協議和程序以維護安全的工作環境，包括佩戴個人防護裝備、遵循安全指南和參加安全培訓。

Operating Equipment and Control System(操作設備和控制系統): 
They operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in the production process. This may involve setting up machinery, monitoring its operation, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
工作內容包含操作、維護和排除生產過程中使用的機械設備。

Quality Control (品質控制):
Production technicians are responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards. They may inspect products at various stages of the production process to identify defects and ensure adherence to specifications.
生產技術員須負責確保產品符合品質標準，包括在生產過程的各個階段檢查產品，以識別缺陷並確保符合規格。

Troubleshooting(故障排除): 
When equipment malfunctions or production problems occur, production technicians collaborate with shift supervisor to identify the root cause and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
當設備發生故障或生產問題時，與輪班主管合作，確定根本原因並實施解決方案以最小化停機時間。

Maintenance (維修): 
They perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to keep it in optimal working condition. This may involve cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.  生產技術員對機械設備進行日常基本的維護，以保持其最佳工作狀態。

Documentation(文件記錄): Production technicians maintain accurate records of production activities, including quality control checks, and production outputs.
生產技術員須準確記錄生產活動，包括品質控制檢查和穩定生產產量輸出。

Collaboration (合作): They often collaborate with other team members, such as production engineers, quality control inspectors, and production supervisors, to stabilized processes and resolve issues efficiently.
工作中能與其他團隊成員合作，穩定流程並有效地解決問題。

Environment (環境):
Keep the production area with good environment and execute 5S activity. 
確保生產區域有良好的環境，包含執行5S事項。

Who You Are:

Education:                                                          
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Mechanical preferred.
具備工程、化學或機械專業的學士學位。

Working Experience: 
Requires previous experience in a production role experience in chemical manufacturing plant (min. 2 years as a guide)。
需要在生產角色有2年經驗，尤其是在化工製造廠較適合。

Technical & Professional Knowledge: 
• Prefer candidates from chemical manufacturing background, with experience of hazard chemical handling and distillation tower operation is a plus.
來自化工製造背景，具有危險化學品處理和蒸餾塔操作經驗者更佳。
• Having related certification like forklift、pressure vessel、fixed crane operation.
擁有堆高機、壓力容器、固定起重機等相關證書者優先。
• High energy, passionate, and self-motivated, has a sense of responsibility.
需要高能量, 有熱情和自我激勵，具有責任感佳。
• Good written and verbal communication skills native language. With knowledge of English is preferred.
具備母語有良好的書面和口頭溝通能力，若具備英語知識者佳。
