a degree or diploma in a related engineering or vocational field is required, minimum 2 year experience in the same position, should have BNSP technician certificate. technical knowledge in the field of electrical, air conditioning (AC), mechanical, civil or other equipment used in the hospitality industry is essential. Having a good understanding of the systems and equipment used in hotels is essential to carrying out tasks effectively. As a hotel technician/engineering, good troubleshooting skills are also very necessary. The ability to diagnose and fix problems in existing equipment or systems quickly and efficiently will be an advantage. The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing As a hotel technician/engineering, being able to manage time well and work efficiently is an important ability. In emergency situations or when there is urgent work, being able to set priorities well and complete tasks on time is the desired quality and able to work in stressful and urgent situations.
