Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote a high level of customer satisfaction through proper handling of provisioning requests and responding with the appropriate amount of urgency to user concerns.

- Correct access issues and ensure proper termination processes have been taken for employees off-boarding.

- Perform scripting to improve recurring processes and to run daily termination process.

- Assign username, password, and access right permissions for multiple proprietary applications, as well as client software.

- Provide support for licensing review during the yearly true-up process.

- Support projects during large onboarding efforts.

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required and 2+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  High school diploma or GED required • Associate degree is preferred • Minimum 2-4 years of related work experience required • Required to apply for security clearance • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills • Computer literate and familiar with onboarding procedures • General IT knowledge • Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word and Excel, and PowerShell
