As a Technician, Retail Repair, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional in-store support by diagnosing, triaging, and repairing wireless and Apple devices—both for customers and internal use. Your efforts in ensuring quality repairs, recommending solutions, and improving customer satisfaction will be a key factor in delivering our promise of operational excellence.

Responsibilities What You Will Do

In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

Achieve individual sales and productivity goals while maintaining a high-energy approach in promoting C Spire services.Serve as a wireless device and mobile OS software expert in your market.Obtain and maintain required certifications to complete approved repairs/refurbishments.Identify, triage, and perform efficient, quality repairs on wireless devices per warranty and company standards.Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately, including labor and parts charges.Be knowledgeable of accessories and upsell based on individual customer needs.Meet or exceed customer satisfaction (measured by surveys, NPS).Support the Market Manager on the retail floor during customer flow peaks.Maintain a safe, secure, neat, and clean workstation and secure all company inventory and tools.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

In addition to that, we require:

A minimum of one year electronic/mechanical device repair or telecom device experience.Face-to-face experience in a service repair industry preferred; customer service experience required.Two-year electronics degree preferred; High school diploma required.A high degree of interpersonal skills.PC experience required.What You Will Gain

Must be able to lift 40lbs, bend, stoop, and crawl. Must have finger/wrist/arm mobility and finger dexterity. Schedule may include some evenings and Saturdays. This position will require travel (estimated 20%) to other stores in the local area as needed based on a schedule.
