About the Role:

Coordinates and ensures the execution of final product inspections (CSI/GP12). Supports and manages the containment of non-conforming product in plant for internal CSI/GP12 complaints, as well as the implementation of corrective actions for the same. Coordinates and manages first part release audits (FAIA). Compliance to responsibility matrix, BMS and QMS Quality Management System, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ESDS 20.20 standards as well as customer specific requirements.
What You Will Do:

Oversees that quality inspectors comply with established inspections and quality standards.Manages the management of quality technicians regarding analysis of material or product problems identified in quality inspection (CSI/GP12).Feedback on quality issues to production, quality, engineering, maintenance and materials departments.Manage the generation of product inspection specifications based on customer requirements.Manage the identification and recording of product or process problems reported during FAIA audits or CSI/GP12 final inspections.Manage containments for product issues reported by operations with a risk of customer leakage and/or identified in CSI/GP12 Quality final inspections.Manage and administer the activities of teams of technicians and quality inspectors.Prepare Quality reports.Administration of the quality alert system for 0km and CSI/GP12 issues.Administration of the First Part Release Audit System (FAIA).Develop strategies to achieve established Quality objectives.

What Makes You Eligible:

Availability to work on the production floor and within production schedules (3 shifts).
