The Technician, Collection & Portfolio, Taste will be supporting Savory Regional Collection and Portfolio team in developing, managing and maintaining an effective and relevant collection that meets customer needs across Asia Pacific. Reporting to the Associate Manager – Portfolio and Project Management, Asia Pacific, this role will also provide support for BESG collection and promotional requests when required.

Your key responsibilities

 

Maintain a comprehensive Savory collection library featuring application specific solutions to facilitate efficient sampling and brief execution, ensuring inventory is regularly updated for both internal and external stakeholdersEnsure the library is maintained in a safe, clean, and organized manner in compliance with HSE policiesSupport all Savory collection and promotion-related requests, including ordering, sampling and regulatory documentationAssist in addressing gaps in the Savory collection and support familiarization sessionsCoordinate and participate in Savory tasting sessions to build expertise and proficiency in the sensory evaluation of the DSM-Firmenich portfolioDevelop and explore application recipes using DSM-Firmenich’s range of products

Diploma in Food Science/Chemistry, fresh graduates are welcome to applyProficient in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and SAPAble to taste a complete range of food products (no allergies)Highly motivated and able to work independently on assigned tasksDemonstrate an interest in sensory evaluation of productsCurrently based in Singapore
