**The Opportunity:**
CACI is looking for a Technical Writing/Editing Intern to support its EO/IR Imaging Systems team. As part of CACI’s Spectrum Superiority Line of Business, EO/IR Imaging Systems manufactures best-in-class gyro-stabilized gimbal systems designed for a wide variety of applications. Our pioneering systems are supporting airborne, ground, and maritime missions around the world. We specialize in fully integrated solutions for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), and counter drone operations for the defense and aerospace industry. As a Technical Writing/Editing Intern, you’ll support the production of internal and customer-facing documentation and reports. This is an on-site position and will require you to live within the local commuting distance (60 miles).
**Responsibilities:**
+ Authoring and editing content with guidance and inputs from the team
+ Proofreading material to ensure conformance to CACI and site standards
+ Reviewing technical documentation
+ Formatting documents in accordance with the style guide
+ Ensuring marketing materials are up to date and reflect current product line
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
+ Currently pursuing an undergraduate, graduate or doctorate degree
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
+ Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise text
+ Excellent verbal and written skills
+ Experience working collaboratively in team environments
+ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Visio)
+ Ability to work independently
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Highly detail oriented and logical
_Desired:_
+ Experience with SharePoint and the Adobe creative suite
+ Pursuing a degree in English, Marketing, Business, Communications/Technical Communication, Engineering, or a related field
+ Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred, but not required
+ Previous internship/co-op or other work experience

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$39,400 - $60,700
