In this pivotal role, you’ll transform technical know-how into clear, actionable documentation that drives efficiency across our global organization. **Core Responsibilities** + Responsibility for actual, accurate and precise Standard Work documentation, which means – creation, revision, translation, maintenance, uploading and administration and sharing of documentation + Work as an ambassador for Standard Work and process understanding in the LEGO Group + Close cooperation with Global Job Trainers and process owners (engineering, production, etc) and other Technical writers by creation and alignment of documentation, responsibility for final version of documentation + Work with other team members to support team´s KPI and reach the goals of training organization **Play your part in our team succeeding** The focus area of the department is to develop the functional expertise within the specific area through a strong and competent training organisation to support globalization, scalability and sustainability towards new and existing employees The Technical Writer is the critical link between the training organisation and the workforce, making sure documentation and thereby best practice is available to the workforce when needed in an easy and accessible way. This includes making sure that the layout of documentation is of best possible quality, and supporting the training processes to lift the whole organization. **Do you have what it takes** + Experience with writing technical documentation and communication + Preferably experience within Mould Manufacturing + Soft skills (communication, feedbacks, organization, systematic approach) + Experience in Microsoft Office package + Fluent in Danish and English, both written and verbal **The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.** \#LI-RR1 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
