Description We are seeking experienced software contractor to support the development and enhancement of manufacturing test systems and web-based applications. Ideal candidates will have deep technical expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, strong architectural thinking, and the ability to produce high-quality technical design documentation. This role will contribute to scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions aligned with enterprise product testing and automation. ________________________________________ Responsibilities • Lead the creation of high-quality technical documentation, including: • Comprehensive system architecture maps • Application landscape diagrams detailing appliance servers, services, and roles • Functional and technical specifications • Troubleshooting playbooks and operational guides • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical design documents. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 10–15 years of relevant experience preferred. • Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience also considered. • Strong proficiency in: • HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, React • Node.js, Python • RESTful API design and development • MongoDB • Graphql, Redis and Message broker/queue • Experience with microservice architecture and scalable system design. • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines. • Proficient in version control systems, especially GitLab. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation. • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
