As a **Technical Writer** within our EMEA Quality Management System (QMS) team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our commercial processes are clearly documented, user-friendly, and compliant.
What to Expect
As a Technical Writer within our EMEA Quality Management System (QMS) team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our commercial processes are clearly documented, user-friendly, and compliant. You will:
+ Develop, review, and update policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and other quality documents.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand and capture complex business processes in writing.
+ Ensure written processes are accurate and accessible for users across the organisation.
+ Proactively initiate documentation projects and support continuous improvement activities.
+ Assist process owners in drafting and refining procedures, including reviewing Bills of Material (BOM) and related documents.
+ Provide training in technical writing to improve team skills.
+ Demonstrate strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadline-oriented tasks.
+ Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the QMS.
What We Expect
**Education and Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required; 2+ years’ related experience preferred.
+ Previous experience in a Medical Device or Pharmaceutical commercial environment is ideal.
+ Advanced knowledge of Technical Writing Theory & Practices.
+ Proficiency with word processing applications and computer literacy; knowledge of Word, Visio, and Excel is an advantage.
+ Strong problem-solving, analytical, project and time management skills.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
+ Ability to independently plan and implement changes to meet deadlines.
+ Experience with creating instructions, SOPs, flow diagrams, and tracking changes.
