Work closely with Business Analyst, Development, Quality Assurance and Advisory Services Team to produce software documentation requirements. Design and develop all internal and external documents to meet company needs, including technical specifications, technical documents, SRS, user manuals, procedural guides, and customized documentation. Review and proofread existing documentation, such as design and functional specifications, to ensure correctness and proper documentation maintenance. Create, compile and deliver software developmental documentation packages.
