Technical Writer
Job Description We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team and play a pivotal role in creating high-quality, clear, and concise documentation for our cutting-edge digital product. This position will focus on producing internal-facing documentation as well as job aids for customer support teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working with modern documentation tools and methodologies, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences. Responsibilities:  Documentation Development: Create and maintain comprehensive internal documentation, including system workflows, technical guides, API references, FAQs, and troubleshooting manuals for the digital product.  Job Aides for Customer Support: Develop user-friendly job aids, quick reference guides, and process documentation to empower customer support teams to assist end-users effectively.  Tool Utilization: Leverage the latest documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Confluence, Notion, MadCap Flare, or similar) to produce dynamic, searchable, and easily accessible content.  Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and customer support teams to gather information, understand workflows, and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.  Content Optimization: Continuously improve documentation based on feedback, usability testing, and evolving product features.  Knowledge Management: Organize and maintain a centralized repository for all documentation to ensure consistency and ease of access across teams.  Standards and Style Guides: Establish and adhere to documentation standards, templates, and style guides to ensure uniformity and professionalism across all materials.  Training Support: Assist in the creation of training materials for onboarding internal teams and customer support staff. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.  Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably for digital products or SaaS platforms.  Proficiency with modern documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp, or similar).  Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative tools (e.g., Jira, Slack).  Strong understanding of technical concepts, workflows, and product development lifecycles.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into user-friendly language.  Experience creating documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.  Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  Bonus: Experience with API documentation tools like Swagger, Postman, or Redoc. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
