Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced candidate with 6+ years of expertise in Technical Writing. The candidate should have the ability to develop clear, concise, and comprehensive technical content that aligns with the industry standards and enhances user experience. 

Responsibilities

As a Technical Writer, the candidate should have the ability to:

Communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and accuratelyDevelop, review, and maintain technical documentationWork independently on technical writing projectsCollaborate with engineering and product teams to produce high-quality documentation and training videosContribute to more than one project at a time, as neededCreate multiple output types such as Word, HTML, PDF, and videos based on requirementsLearn fast, and catch up with the knowledge of products

Qualifications

Excellent communication skillsProficiency in Madcap FlareExperience in Agile mode of workingBasic understanding of RESTful APIsKnowledge in creating videosKnowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint

Good to know

Understanding of docs-as-code approach of writingKnowledge of writing UX micro-copy

Preferred location – Pune/Mumbai 

Work from office – Hybrid
