Job Description

► Creation of operating instructions for PT worldwide and corresponding expertise in the area of ​​valid standards, guidelines and country specifications

►  Coordination of external agencies

►  Creation of concepts for reducing existing paper operating instructions according to the new EU Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230

►  Coordination of User-Tests

► Creation and adaptation of layouts for our paper and online user manuals (PDF and HTML)

Qualifications

► University Diploma (prefered: Mechanical Engineer, Technical assistant)

► Creativity to write texts which is fit for the regulations. Knowledge to structured form creation

► Knowledge and experience with SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Author as well as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat required

► Structured, Team player, Capable to work in monotony

► Fluent in spoken and written German

► Fluent in spoken and written English
