Job Role:
Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to create product documentationWrite and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirementsIndependently gather and research information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, API documentation, installation manuals, release notesHandle multiple projects for different products simultaneously under very tight deadlinesRetail knowledge an advantageRequirements:
10+ years of experience writing technical documentation for complex software productsTechnical Communicators certificate (Mandatory)Bachelor’s degree in relevant fieldMother tongue EnglishExcellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detailExperience with Agile methodologies using tools, such as Jira.Experience using XML and Markdown tools to create documentation (VSCODE)Experience with HTML5.Microsoft Office Word (Word, PPT, EXCEL)-Power Word skills requiredExperience with Github an advantageOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
