Job Role: + Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to create product documentation + Write and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements + Independently gather and research information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, API documentation, installation manuals, release notes + Handle multiple projects for different products simultaneously under very tight deadlines + Retail knowledge an advantage Requirements: + 10+ years of experience writing technical documentation for complex software products + Technical Communicators certificate (Mandatory) + Bachelor’s degree in relevant field + Mother tongue English + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail + Experience with Agile methodologies using tools, such as Jira. + Experience using XML and Markdown tools to create documentation (VSCODE) + Experience with HTML5. + Microsoft Office Word (Word, PPT, EXCEL)-Power Word skills required + Experience with Github an advantage Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
