Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 4 years of experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, Computer Science course material, or IT administration playbooks). + 2 years of experience with a technical background working alongside software developers. The content is often in the form of documentation, but may also be UI text, sample code, videos, or other educational material. Regardless of the content medium, technical writers are distinguished by their abilities to explain complex topics in a way that’s useful to their audience. Deliver content that is well aligned with our IA and quality standards. + Help us transform authoring and quality through new tools and workflows, such as by using gen AI. + Work with locally-based product teams to meet documentation needs.
