Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. Work model: Hybrid #LI-hybrid

Design and manage the technical training offer for ABB products (drives, motors, PLCs), ensuring alignment with ABB standards and Qualiopi certification.Organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, resource allocation (trainers, rooms, equipment), and availability of learning materials.Deliver technical training in person or at customer sites, supervise internal and external trainers, and support their continuous development.Monitor service quality and performance, manage training profitability, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with QHSE standards and training records.

Qualifications for the Role

Engineering degree or equivalent in electrotechnicsAt least 5 years of experience in a technical or industrial environmentStrong technical knowledge of drives and motors, with the ability to simplify complex conceptsExcellent pedagogical skills and a passion for knowledge sharingAutonomous, rigorous, customer-focused, and team-orientedFluent in English and FrenchFamiliarity with quality standards (Qualiopi, ISO) and professional training best practices
