Your ‘day to day’
Responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing the technical training plan for your assigned manufacturing process. Your goal will be to enhance operational performance by developing employee competencies and technical expertise, in alignment with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
Major accountabilities:
Promote and apply all rules concerning quality, environment, health and safety. Report all situations requiring actions in order to minimize or eliminate risks exposure to personnel, company assets and societal impacts and be in line with or ahead of any applicable Law requirements and Company standards. Coordinate all legal requirement trainings excecution.Ensure the delivered training is scheduled, planned and part time trainers are coordinated in close cooperation with the according business supervisors. Keep updated training KPIs for area of competence to ensure proper analysis on training effectiveness and efficiency and propose improvement actions.Lead LMS (learning management system) governance at the site.Support line management in identification, coordination and execution of general and technical training needs of Operations employees by considering production plans / strategies, change of technology /equipment, development priorities and actions, legal requirements, organization structure, safety, quality, environment, security and cost aspects, to equip the personnel with the right competences to achieve expected results.Develop training materials, evaluations to ensure the standarization of knowledge transfer process.Provide support by planning and monitoring the departmental budgets including training fee for operations department and other expenses related with training.
Who we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.3–4 years of experience in a production environment, with at least 2 years in training roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in database management.Fluent English and Spanish.
