**Xylem** is looking for a **Technical Trainer-Flygt** at our **Kemps Creek** Location. The Technical Trainer role will collaborate with the service leadership and EHS to evaluate training requirements, implement industrial best practices, and foster a safety- first culture across all workshops.
The role:
+ Review and develop standard operating procedures, risk assessments, and OEM documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
+ Analyse technical skill gaps across the service and rental teams to identify areas for training improvement.
+ Design and deliver comprehensive technical training programs—both hands-on and classroom-based—tailored to meet workforce needs.
+ Collaborate with local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the National Service Team to enhance knowledge and technical proficiency in equipment servicing and repair.
+ Facilitate training sessions that integrate technical instruction with safety protocols, ensuring all employees understand and apply best practices.
+ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback, tracking performance improvements, and refining content as needed.
+ Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and evolving safety regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in work practices.
About you:
+ Qualification in CERT IV in Training & Assessment accreditation.
+ Experienced in technical trade and industry standards.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully communicate with stakeholders and leaders.
+ Proficiency in technical report review and writing.
