About the team:
A small but high-performing and agile talent acquisition team managing current hiring needs while building the foundation for future growth. Each member plays a critical role in delivering a seamless process for both candidates and hiring managers.
About the Job:We are looking for a Technical Talent Partner who is excited to identify, engage, and help hire the best revenue talent in fintech. You will work directly with hiring managers to scale our Engineering and Data orgs. These teams have a high technical bar and strong culture that we support. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to growth, influence, and ownership as we continue to build a high-performing, distributed team.
Skills/Experience you have:
Manage full cycle recruiting across Engineering and Data teams specifically Proven track record of identifying candidates with the correct technical skillset Build and nurture strong talent pipelines through outbound sourcing Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience that reflects SmartAsset’s values at every touch point Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the roles and craft effective and aligned recruiting strategies Use data and insights to improve the way we recruit and make smarter hiring decisions Experiment with AI tools and recruiting technology to increase speed, reduce friction, and scale great hiring practices Bring ideas, feedback, and a team-first mindset to continuously improve how we operate as a Talent functionPhysical Requirements:
