Summary: In this role, the Technical Support Technician will be tasked with maintaining the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly and accurately resolve issues with server and network hardware through root cause analysis with a solid understanding of computers, servers, network devices and command line diagnostics.
