Technical Support Specialist (m/w/d)

The ADI Centre of Excellence is responsible for the technical support of our customers, providing pre and post-sales support for over 300 products from 15 to 20 different manufacturers, covering all aspects of fire and security technology. We are looking for a motivated Service Technician to provide the desired level of customer service. Our aim is to provide a successful service that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.

JOB DUTIES:  

Liaise with the internal technical team in supporting customers and sales. Work closely with field sales and key accounts to provide customers with the appropriate CCTV, IP video and access control technical services Project and system design After-sales technical support  Diagnosis of faults or technical problems and search for suitable solutions Preparation of service reports and process documentation Understanding customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations

YOU MUST HAVE:  

University degree or equivalent.  Some experience in the electronics industry.

WE VALUE:

Bachelor's degree in management, computer science, or a technology-related discipline. Experience in the fire service industry is mandatory Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Professional attitude to work Good administrative skills Ability to work on own initiative Ability to work under pressure and in difficult situations under supervision Awareness of your limitations.  You must be willing to undertake further training to keep up with the changing market Willingness to develop yourself within ADI and in the industry
