Technical Support Specialist III - Finance

**CTG is seeking to fill a Technical Support Specialist III – Finance opening for our client in Richland, WA.**
**Location:** Richland, WA
**Duration:** 12 months
**Duties:**
+ Provide high-level administrative and technical support to the Accounting & Budgets Director, direct reports, and nuclear project teams with minimal supervision
+ Lead and coordinate complex tasks and projects, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication
+ Compose and manage professional correspondence, reports, agendas, and meeting minutes
+ Prepare daily meeting packages, schedule meetings/trainings, and support organizational planning activities
+ Review AR/CR reports to track and report on action items, ensuring timely resolution and accountability
+ Input and track data related to time and labor (via Workday), performance metrics, budgets, and department purchases
+ Oversee department credit cards and reconcile monthly statements
+ Support department travel logistics in compliance with policy and process reimbursement requests
+ Facilitate contract processing and onboarding activities for contractors and visitors
+ Monitor training qualifications, refresher schedules, and safety meeting attendance for department personnel
+ Anticipate department needs, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with leadership to implement change
+ Act as a liaison across departments and external contacts to promote clear and efficient communication
+ Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Organization (ERO) and during outages, when assigned
**Skills:**
+ Strong administrative support and technical coordination capabilities
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data reporting tools
+ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
+ Strong interpersonal communication and decision-making abilities
+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
+ Familiarity with contract requisition, managed service provider documents, and proprietary document control
+ Knowledge of records management and corrective action tracking processes
**Experience:**
+ Minimum of five years of progressive administrative experience, including leadership responsibilities and independent decision-making
+ Experience with budget tracking and departmental financial support
+ Experience in corporate or technical environments supporting executive leadership
**Education:**
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
+ High school diploma with seven or more years of experience may substitute for a degree

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $22 to $26 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
