Would you like to join our growing organization? Are you a service engineer with an interest in the healthcare field and doing what patients need next? We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our technical expert team. We serve our customers in almost all hospitals and other healthcare facilities in Finland in which clinical laboratory analyses are conducted. As a service engineer, you are an extremely important part of our expert services, and your task is to maintain the production of our customer laboratories.

In this role, you will work in Roche's field service team, responsible for instrument installations, scheduled maintenance, repairs, and instrument modifications. The role requires travel, as work is performed in customers' laboratories.

Key Responsibilities:

You install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot diagnostic laboratory systems.

You collaborate with cross-functional teams internally to deliver comprehensive solutions.

You foster strong relationships with our international divisions to drive success.

You engage in customer meetings to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Who You Are:

You have an educational background in laboratory, health technology, biotechnology, automation technology, or mechanical engineering.

You have basic knowledge of IT, network structures and common operating systems.

You have a driving license and an interest in traveling.

You are good at customer management and team work. 

You are fluent in Finnish and English.

Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage, allowing for a smoother transition and quicker contribution to our team.
