Onin Staffing is seeking a hands-on Technical Support Specialist to help customers troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AC units and HVAC equipment.

Monday to Friday.Pay rate: $20-25/hr.Temp to perm.Affordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions and free Telehealth services.
What You'll Do:Provide over-the-phone and virtual support to customers and techniciansGuide users through mechanical and electrical troubleshooting stepsRead and interpret technical diagrams or manualsDocument issues and escalate complex problems as neededCommunicate clearly and patiently with customers of all backgrounds

Work Experience
You're a Good Fit If You Have:Mechanical aptitude or experience in HVAC, automotive repair, or electrical systemsAbility to diagnose and walk others through repairsStrong communication skills and a customer-focused mindsetBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
