How you’ll make an impact:
+ Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
+ Configure and deploy computing devices using standardized imaging and deployment processes.
+ Deliver brief, practical user training on hardware and systems in one-on-one or small group settings.
+ Manage service requests and incident tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
+ Support mobile and tablet devices to meet business needs.
+ Collaborate with vendors for hardware orders, warranties, and project-related tasks.
What you'll need (Required):
+ High school diploma or 3+ years of relevant work experience, including exposure to IT hardware and software.
+ Alternatively, a university degree or a technical certificate in IT or a related discipline is preferred.
+ Previous experience in technical support is a plus, but not mandatory.
What else we look for (Preferred):
+ Familiarity with diagnosing and repairing IT hardware (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals).
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 11, and VPN tools.
+ Knowledge of Active Directory and ticketing systems.
+ Strong customer service and communication skills.
+ Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
+ Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and processes.
