Technical Support Professional with German
We have an opportunity for a Technical Support Professional with German to join our team in Bucharest. You will also meet many colleges all around Europe in your daily work and can build up a large network of highly professional people. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities:
Typically products\nto support: BACnet controllers for heating, cooling and air condition applications, room controls for temperature, lightning and comfort applications;
BMS supervisor software and web technology solutions, integration of Commercial Building Bus-based system; Handle quite complex\ntechnical issues from our system integrator partner network and diagnose root cause problems and provide solutions back to our partners
Interface with all internal departments to facilitate and ensure customer\nissues are properly addressed and manage customer calls and raised tickets in our Salesforce tool.
Key skills and qualifications:
You have 1+ years of experience\nhandling automation products – electromechanical, automation technical or\nsimilar;
English and German written data sheets and\nelectrical circuit diagrams you understand very well;
You are a “teacher” in the way you\ncommunicate to other people.
